As a personal trainer, I realized real fast—once-a-week training wasn’t enough. My clients needed more consistency, more coaching, and more support to see real progress.
So, I did something different. I grouped them together and trained them consistently. Before I knew it, we weren’t just working out—we were building something bigger.
At first, it was about getting stronger together, but to keep things fun, we took it outdoors. Then I asked, "Want to train for an event?" Without hesitation, they said yes. These weren’t just my clients anymore—they were teammates.
That’s how Best At Training—or as we say, BAT insane—was born. It’s more than a name—it’s a mindset. Because let’s be real—pushing your limits, training for something bigger than yourself, and going all-in on your fitness journey? That takes a little insanity.
