Your journey to better fitness starts with reaching out! Contact a coach or set up a personalized assessment to begin your Individualized Training experience. Whether you’re an athlete preparing for an event or someone looking for tailored guidance, this program is built to meet your unique needs and goals. The journey begins with a full assessment to establish your starting point. This includes a sit-down consultation to review your fitness history, discuss any past injuries or limitations, and define your goals. We’ll conduct a detailed physical evaluation covering measurements, mobility, strength, endurance, and power. This thorough process ensures we gather all the data needed to craft a truly individualized program rooted in periodization and progression for long-term success. You’ll also receive a tailored nutrition assessment to complement your training plan. Once your assessment is complete, your coach will create a program customized specifically to your needs, delivered through TrainingPeaks. Your premium account provides seamless access to your workouts, including personalized weight and conditioning plans designed to help you reach your goals efficiently and safely. Each exercise is accompanied by instructional videos to ensure proper technique, and you’ll have the option to send videos of your movements to your coach for personalized feedback and form corrections. Weekly check-ins with your coach ensure you stay on track. These sessions provide an opportunity to review progress, address challenges, and make adjustments to your program as needed.
