During the assessment, we’ll review your fitness history, discuss past injuries or limitations, and establish clear goals. You’ll also go through a comprehensive physical evaluation covering measurements, mobility, strength, endurance, and power, giving us all the information we need to craft a safe and effective program tailored to you. Your 60-minute training sessions are led by a coach who provides real-time feedback, corrections, and encouragement to ensure proper technique and maximum results.
